Born and raised in small town Wisconsin, she is a graduate of the University of MN Twin Cities where she lived for 5 years before relocating to Texas.  It was in Houston that Erika found her passion for Talent Acquisition. 

Relationships are everything for Erika, and after relocating to South Florida and working for one of the largest global medical device companies on a high performing Talent Acquisition team, Erika took the leap of faith (with a little nudge from her mentors) to start her own company and has successfully grown her business year over year as she continues to take on new challenges.

Today, as the founder and CEO of Elite Talent Partners, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Erika boasts over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Her strategic mindset and exceptional relationship-building skills have been key to her success. Commencing her career in agency recruiting, where she earned the title of Rookie of the Year for Texas, she later transitioned to corporate recruiting, specializing in technical roles within the biotech sector. Erika holds certifications in PHR and AIRS, and served on the Board of Directors for Miami SHRM for three consecutive years. She is active in the community and enjoys partnering with local organizations like Junior Achievement mentoring the next generation of leaders.
